5K SHOH Family Recovery Run/Walk – Registration
This year there will be different courses for the Runners and the Walkers, so please make sure you select which type on the form below for each participant. There will also be different Awards for the Runners and the Walkers
The runner awards are as follows:
Overall Male & Female
1st, 2nd, & 3rd Male/Female in the specific Age Categories:
10 +under
11 – 14
15 – 18
19 – 29
30 – 39
40 – 49
50 – 59
60 +
Here is a list of some of the other Awards that will be given, there will be surprise Awards as well.
Most Donations Collected, Craziest: Hair, Shoes, and Hat, Biggest Team, Best Costume
We are also asking that if you would like to ask Family, Friends, Neighbors and Coworkers to sponsor you as you walk or Run we would greatly appreciate the support. Simply collect the money and turn it in on Race/Walk day, there will be a prize for the person who collects the most money.

Registration is available the day of the race.
Please arrive at 9:00 a.m. to receive your t-shirt and bib before the run/walk starts at 10:00 a.m.
